Terms of Service
Effective date: March 19, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Spinify (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. License grant
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any iOS device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
3. Accounts
Sign in with Apple is required for full features including ride syncing, leaderboards, and sharing ride programs. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription terms
- •Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- •Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- •Cancellation: Manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings. No partial refunds for the current billing period.
- •Refunds: Handled by Apple per their refund policy.
5. User-generated content
- •Ride programs you create remain yours.
- •By sharing a ride program (via share code), you grant Spinify a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it in the public ride library for other users to discover and ride.
- •You can delete shared rides at any time, which removes them from the public library.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- ✗Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- ✗Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App or its services
- ✗Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission
- ✗Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' experience
- ✗Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
- ✗Upload malicious content or exploit vulnerabilities
7. Health & fitness disclaimer
- !Spinify is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
- !Consult your physician before starting any exercise program.
- !Heart rate, calorie, and cadence data are estimates and should not be relied upon for medical decisions.
- !Use at your own risk. Indoor cycling carries inherent physical risks.
8. Sponsored content
Spinify may display post-ride rewards or offers from wellness brands. These are clearly labeled as “Sponsored.” Spinify may receive compensation from sponsors. Sponsored content does not affect your ride data, metrics, or workout experience.
9. Intellectual property
The Spinify name, logo, and app design are the property of Spinify. Apple Music content is the property of its respective rights holders and is accessed via MusicKit under Apple's terms. All ride program templates and app content not created by users are owned by Spinify.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spinify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to Spinify in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account and stop using the App at any time via Settings → Delete Account & Data. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Sections 7, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use of Spinify after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
